No Returns Policy.

Kindly note that, due to hygienic purposes, we accept no returns on worn earrings. Returns will only be considered if the earrings received are in a defective state.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping within 1 - 4 Days

Online orders placed with us will be delivered by Fastway Couriers. We deliver to major cities. Please note that Fastway Couriers will only be able to deliver to a physical address and not a P.O. Box. Fastway Couriers require that each and every delivery be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery. Within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive a Fastway tracking number.

If you wish to return something that you purchased online, you can email jhoomka.sa@gmail.com with an image of the damaged area or incorrect product and request Jhoomka to arrange collection of the product in question within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will send a courier to collect the damaged/incorrect product, at our own cost, and replace it with the correct product upon inspection of returned product.

Orders between R0 and R498 will cost R60 for delivery. Free delivery on orders over R499.
